~Atlas/Synfuels’ Technology can offer a “one-stop-shop”, Waste to Energy solution for ‘ALL’ types of waste using our Baskis in-house patented technologies

Atlas/Synfuels’ technologies and facilities can handle any waste stream and will transform the Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) sector by dramatically simplifying and lowering sorting requirements. This will substantially lower the costs and reduce the amount of waste that is landfilled.

Competing Waste to Energy companies and technologies can only process a single type of feedstock or a very narrow range of similar feedstocks.

Each Atlas/Synfuels’ patent-protected technologies, and each facility will be configured to process one or more of the six types of waste or feedstock that are plastics, tires/rubber, petroleum waste, coal, solid organic waste or liquid organic waste. The material is thermally treated with the fillers in the plastic removed.

Atlas/Synfuels’ MSW Facilities, will be comprised of a plastics Waste to Energy (WTE) module, an organics WTE module and a Materials Recycling Facility (MRF). Each module will be sized to handle the projected amount of each feedstock that is generated or processed at each location.

There is no waste material produced, and the system is isolated from the atmosphere so during normal operating conditions there are no greenhouse gas or particulate matter emissions. The system may vent during emergencies, but a patent-pending capture system will be installed to capture any emergency venting that does occur.

Atlas/Synfuels’ organics WTE process is similar to the plastics process with the addition of an anaerobic digester. The system is extremely energy efficient which recovers the used energy and uses it to heat the incoming process stream.
