Carbon is the earth’s natural energy currency

Carbon is the earth’s natural energy currency because every form of carbon is retained by the earth’s gravity. Hydrogen is not, any free hydrogen is buoyed up to the top of the atmosphere and blown away by the solar winds. Lost forever on the earth. More CO2 in the atmosphere is the path back to the Garden of Eden. We are in a CO2 famine and the atmosphere has had more CO2 in most of the last 500 million yrs., up to 7,000PPM not just 400PPM. Plants grow better with more CO2, states the esteemed Dr. Will Happer.

Low CO2 at 400ppm is an anomaly compared to the past 500 million years. It is virtual insanity to try to maintain an anomaly in a system rather than the norm. Promoting this is fake science.

There are 66-100million-billion metric tons of Carbon stored in sediment and sedimentary rock this is 10,000 times more than stored as fossil fuels. We cannot even change the climate by burning fossil fuels.

Six hundred ninety-nine billion, nine hundred thirty million (699,930,000,000) tons of long-term carbon storage. This is the human populations contribution to carbon sequestration.

Please watch the video below of the esteemed Prof. William Happer from Princeton.

World In Midst of Carbon Drought (w/ Prof. William Happer, Princeton University) – Bing video

Dr. William Happer is an American physicist who has specialized in the study of atomic physics, optics and spectroscopy. He happens to be a Cyrus Fogg Brackett Professor of Physics, Emeritus, at Princeton University, and a long-term member of the JASON advisory group, where he pioneered the development of adaptive optics.

Synfuels Assets Management LLC is Proud to Announce our Latest Patent to our Collection for Waste to Energy and Wastewater Recovery!

Synfuels is super excited to announce the latest Patent within our waste to energy and wastewater arena awarded to us on March 22, 2022! Paul T. Baskis, Synfuels’ esteemed Biochemist, Scientist and Inventor has procured over 60 plus Patents worldwide, within the scientific field.

Biosolids Concentrator and Digester System and Method Patent

Methods and Systems of a biosolids concentrator and digester system having an inlet, equalization/separation tank, anaerobic and aerobic tanks.

The inlet receives a thermally treated waste stream to be separated and digested. Through the very efficient system and processes that take place, we are left with a very valuable clean water stream, and we can produce other chemicals through biological reformation.

The invention can provide for the elimination of nearly 90% of the water from the waste stream and handling low Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) concentration waste streams!

Synfuels has a few other Patent Pending Systems in the works! Two of them being a ‘Thermal Chemical Reformer’ patent and a ‘Mineral/Mining Extraction Process’ patent.

We are so grateful to our wonderful Patent Attorney and team in New York for their assistance and hard work. Thank you so very much!

I want to offer a sincere “Thank you” for the team at Synfuels, Colleagues, Family and Friends who have always kept the Faith and stayed ‘Mission Focused’ on our efforts and goals through these past years.

We will always remember the loyalty shown by the ones who have put the time and hard work in! Eternally grateful to you all.

~Synfuels, Patented Waste to Energy Technologies, Can Process all Plastic Waste!~

A stream of “relatively clean mixed plastics” would be an ideal and relatively easy waste stream to process for a Synfuels plastics WTE facility. Synfuels’ plastics WTE facilities will be able to process any type of plastic waste stream, whether it is a single stream or mixed stream of PET/PETE, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, PP, PS and/or miscellaneous types of plastics (including PC, acrylic, nylon, styrene,
etc.).

TfB
Unlike competing plastics recycling and WTE technologies, Synfuels’ plastics WTE facilities will be able to process ALL types of plastics waste whether it is in bulk or in baled form, including mixed, unsorted and other plastics that cannot be recycled by any existing technologies, including plastic that is dirty and/or is contaminated with food or other organic materials.
Moreover, Synfuels’ plastics WTE facilities will also be able to process all 11 types of plastics bales sold on the secondary resale market in the United States (and abroad), including the higher-cost and more “recyclable” PET, natural HDPE, color HDPE, and HPPE rigid plastic bales; as well as the much-lower cost and highly-landfilled plastic bales of comingled grades 1-7, comingled grades 3-7, mixed bulky rigid, post-consumer film grades A, B and C. Our standard recommendation is to first target the lower-cost bales/plastics as doing so addresses a growing market demand and generates higher returns.
Our standard plastics WTE facilities are designed to process a mixed stream of relatively clean plastics, including PVC waste, which can also included “dirty/contaminated plastics” that have some food or organic waste attached. However, said design can be easily modified (in most cases with negligible to minor impact on CAPEX) to further optimize output for a single stream of plastics and/or if the waste stream will frequently have plastics that are “dirtier” in terms of being contaminated with higher amounts of food or other organic waste streams.
If, for example, a facility primarily designed to process plastics other than PVC (i.e. #3 plastics) ends up processing some PVC waste that should not be a problem or affect output as long as the PVC content is less than 10 percent.
If the waste stream is projected to have 10 percent or more of PVC waste, Synfuels will design the facility to be able to readily process said PVC waste by neutralizing the hydrochloride acid, which could be accomplished with CaCO2 or CaOH. The additional end product of neutralizing the hydrochloride acid would be CaCl which could be sold as road salt.
The output of Synfuels’ plastics WTE facilities that process mixed plastics waste will be relatively consistent with the input/output data.
Our input/output table provides information on the performance for a 25-TPD, 100-TPD and 200-TPD plastic WTE facilities which is based on testing that Synfuels did using mixed plastics which was slightly “contaminated.” In short, irrespective of the type of plastics waste processed, Synfuels’ plastics WTE facilities will produce:
1. LIQUID FUEL- is the most important output of a Synfuels plastics WTE facility (in terms of product volume/weight and revenues) will be a liquid fuel product. Every 100 tons of mixed plastics processed will produce about 433 barrels (bbls) of liquid fuel. The liquid fuel produced by Synfuel’s plastic WTE facilities will be in great demand as it can be readily sold almost anywhere given the fact it can meet the world’s most stringent diesel fuel requirements.
The liquid fuel produced by Synfuels’ WTE facilities will be ideally suited for use in any diesel fuel mixes, including for use in vehicles in the United States (including California), Europe and elsewhere.
The liquid fuel will have an API in the 35 to 45 range with a sulfur content of around 2.3 parts per million (ppm). This is six times lower than the EPA’s ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) and California’s Air Resources Board (CARB) 15 ppm requirements for diesel fuel used in on-road (highway) and on road, locomotives, and marine (NRLM) vehicles, vessels and equipment.
The exact API and sulfur content of the liquid fuel will vary slightly depending on the composition of the plastics feedstock processed. However, our testing of a variety of plastics repeatedly yielded APIs in the 35- to 45- range, and sulfur content of less than 3 ppm, which is ideally suited for use in diesel fuel mixes.
2. METALLURGICAL COKE- is the second most important output of a Synfuels plastics WTE facility (in revenues) will be a metallurgical coke product that can be used for a number of purposes, including in the production of iron, steel or other products. The coke can be upgraded to a synthetic graphite.

The Thermal De-Polymerization Process has produced over 3 million gallons of high-quality synthetic fuel and was featured in Scientific American, Discovery, National Geographic, Money Magazine and many others. Mr. Baskis Graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Graduate Degree in Soil Microbiology.

Paul has been recently published with a Patent for a Wastewater Treatment system. This new Patented Wastewater Treatment System design is extremely efficient in terms of Aerobic and Anaerobic digester. In basic terms, it provides oxygen in the zones of where the highest and lowest Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) is, in the Aerobic Digester.

Bill Faulds, the President of Draconis Digester Technology LLC. is a high-level, well-seasoned process and wastewater professional with a most impressive dossier. He holds a Civil Technology degree and a bachelor’s degree in Business. During his 30 plus year career, he has accumulated a wide array of project experience in the process industries, industrial and municipal water/wastewater, and environmental sectors.

Bill was fortunate to begin his career during the advancement of biological waste treatment in the municipal, industrial and remedial sectors.

(American Water Works Association Nationally, Missouri, Illinois (AWWA))

(Water Environment Federation, Nationally, Missouri, Illinois (WEF))

A Brief Detailed Description of the Patented Draconis Digester Systems

1.) The newly published patent, developed by Paul T. Baskis, can provide for the elimination of nearly 90% of the water in the waste stream and allows for a compact digester system for handling High or Low, Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) concentration waste streams.

2.) A Biosolids Concentrator and Digester System (BCDS) a.) uses tanks that are more compact than a common trickle filter to digest simple compounds in the waste stream rapidly b.) uses air stratification to separate compounds with higher density from compounds with lower density c.) uses clarification, micron filtration and membrane filtration to clean the waste stream water to near drinking water quality for discharge.

3.) The above patented process or The BCDS eliminates all of the excess water so that the system for digesting the waste can be smaller than a common trickle filter; for example, the system could be one quarter the size of the common trickle filter.

4.) The bottom of the clarifier and the back flush from both the micron filter system and the membrane filter system, can be sent to a second digester with reduction in BOD (e.g. 85-90% reduction of BOD) providing for a substantial reduction in sludge production.

5.) The present invention can be regulated for adaptable operation of any type of waste and is reliable. Operation could be maximum reduction of the waste stream or could be utilized to provide for high volumes of methane production. Methane can be converted to a pipeline gas or be utilized for electricity production.

6.) The microbial environment is determined by the makeup of the waste stream and the environment in the digesters as the microbial ecology will adjust to the substrates that are available for use as food. This system mimics the natural environmental systems found in aqueous environments. What this means for the environment, is that the digester will adjust to the changes in the waste stream for cleaner wastewater discharge.
